I found that I can't hold onto spot positions, and I always want to "recover" with contracts, in the end either selling prematurely or getting liquidated. To be honest, it's not that my skills are lacking, but that my positions are too unreasonable. Now I set a personal rule: the positions that can let me sleep peacefully are my true positions. Treat spot as a slow accumulation, don't get itchy every time it rises; consider contracts as a seasoning at most, and if you really want to leverage, first write down "what's the worst that could happen" in your mind, and only press the button if you can accept it.

In the past two days, before and after that mainstream public chain upgrade/maintenance, everyone in the group has been guessing whether the ecosystem will migrate. I also get carried away by the emotions... but the more this narrative floats, the easier it is to express my stance with my positions. Anyway, I now prefer to miss out rather than wipe out my weekly mindset with one impulsive move. That's it for now.
