Just now, I got itchy again and wanted to chase the rally, almost clicked the mouse quickly, but then paused for a second and asked myself: Am I getting new information, or am I being pushed by emotions to add more positions? Honestly, many times it's just seeing the candlesticks rising one by one, and a bunch of "Don't miss out" in the group chat, and my brain automatically starts scripting a story.

Recently, it's not uncommon for people to take large on-chain transfers or unusual movements in exchange hot and cold wallets as "smart money," right? I also like to check the browser, but really, just seeing a large transfer doesn't automatically mean insider info—maybe it's collection, market making, address swapping, or even just my own hands moving. If all explanations rely solely on "I feel he's about to push," then it's probably just emotions driving the decision.

My current rough method is: first, delay this "impulsive order" by ten minutes, then casually check if the trading volume/fund flow is catching up, or at least find a reason I can tell my friends. Otherwise, just forget it. When you're staring at the screen until your eyes are sore and blurry, it's basically not a good time to make decisions... That's it for now.
