Just noticed Kohl's stock getting hammered lately - KSS dropped to some pretty low levels recently and honestly it's looking oversold on the technical side. The RSI hit 29.4, which is well below the 30 threshold where you typically see that kind of extreme selling pressure. That's pretty rare in the dividend stock space.

What caught my eye is that Kohl's actually trades with decent fundamentals and a solid dividend yield around 3% at these prices. When a stock gets this beaten down, the yield becomes more attractive for income investors. The company's been paying out dividends consistently, so if you're into that dividend strategy, it's worth checking the payment history to see if it's sustainable.

The way I see it, there are two angles here. Either Kohl's is genuinely overpriced and heading lower, or the recent selling has gotten overdone and we're near a bounce. The RSI reading suggests heavy selling might be exhausting itself. If you're bullish on Kohl's fundamentals, this oversold condition could present an entry point worth considering. Obviously do your own research on the company's actual financial health before jumping in.
