Apple Reports $111.18 Billion Revenue in Q2, 17% Year-over-Year Growth

On May 1, Apple reported a revenue of $111.18 billion for the second fiscal quarter, a 17% increase year-over-year, surpassing the estimated $109.66 billion. iPhone revenue reached $56.99 billion, up 22% from the previous year, slightly above the forecast of $56.98 billion. The earnings per share for the second quarter were $2.01, compared to $1.65 in the same period last year, and above the estimate of $1.96. The company approved a stock repurchase plan of up to $100 billion and increased its dividend to $0.27 per share.
