These days, there's a bunch of memes paired with celebrities shouting slogans, the timeline feels like opening a blind box. To be honest, I never can't sleep because I missed out on some gains, but because I see the unrealized losses hanging there, like an open faucet in the house, knowing it might not burst but my mind keeps hearing "tick-tock" (drip). I treat unrealized gains as luck, unrealized losses as mistakes, then start repeatedly reviewing and finding reasons, the more I think, the more it feels like I'm sentencing myself.

I'm also quite afraid of that kind of narrative that says "you can make money with just one sentence," I see simplicity as a trap. Anyway, my current approach is: first check if the protocol's cash flow is real, if the TVL is genuine or just inflated, even if it’s slower; attention shifts too quickly, newcomers really shouldn’t rush to take the final baton. That’s it for now, I’ll log off early today and go to sleep.
