Just now I got the itch to chase the rally again, almost clicked to buy, but forced myself to pull back and ask: Is this because I really saw some new information, or is it just pure emotional impulse? Honestly, many times it's just when the candlestick pattern rises or the group gets hyped, I start looking for reasons to justify myself.

Recently, there are always people interpreting ETF capital flows and the risk appetite in the US stock market as tightly linked to the ups and downs of the crypto market... I also get caught up in the rhythm, feeling like "everyone understands, if I don’t, I’ll miss out." But taking a moment to think calmly, I can't even clearly say which step the capital flow actually influences, so why should I increase my position?

Let's leave it at that. Today's strategy is: if I want to impulsively place an order, I’ll first close the market for a while, don’t let FOMO (fear of missing out) make decisions for me. Anyway, I’m best at chasing the top.
