Palo Alto Networks (PANW) has acquired Koi to establish a new cybersecurity category called Agentic Endpoint Security (AES), aiming to protect against security gaps created by autonomous agents and frontier AI models. This integration will combine Koi’s technology with Prisma AIRS to provide a unified control plane and will also launch a new Cortex XDR module for risk mitigation within the AI software ecosystem.
