Just caught that Syensqo's been making some moves on the board - Rosemary stepped down as chair last month and they've brought in Heike van de Kerkhof to take over. Apparently Rosemary's officially leaving the board at the end of March too. There's also some reshuffling with Roeland Baan stepping back for personal reasons, and they picked up Miguel Mantas (used to run Allnex) as a new independent director. Heike's been on the board since late last year already, so not totally out of nowhere. The company's framing it as part of their push for better execution and long-term value creation, you know the usual board speak. Stock was up 1.3% to EUR49 on the Brussels exchange when they announced it. Not sure if this signals anything bigger or just regular governance stuff, but interesting timing for these changes.
