Salesforce Collaborates with Customers to 'Crowdsource' AI Development Roadmap

According to monitoring by Dongcha Beating, TechCrunch reports that Salesforce believes it has found a strategy to remain competitive even as the future direction of AI remains unclear. The customer relationship management software giant is ‘crowdsourcing’ its artificial intelligence product roadmap in real-time. Of course, Salesforce is not the only company closely collaborating with customers to gather product feedback. However, given its massive scale, the speed of new product launches or iterations of existing products, and the level of detail in customer interactions, this approach is still representative. These communications are no longer annual or even quarterly; some customers now engage with Salesforce on a weekly basis.
