Been diving into the AI investment space lately and honestly, these three stocks keep popping up in my research as some of the best AI plays right now. Thought I'd share what I'm seeing.
First up is Meta. Look, everyone focuses on their social platforms, but what's wild is how much AI is transforming their entire business model. Their ad algorithms are getting smarter by the day, and they're building AI agents that can actually optimize ad campaigns automatically. That's huge for small business advertisers. Ad revenue jumped 21% through the first nine months of 2025. What really caught my attention though is they're planning to spend over $100 billion on capex in 2026 alone. That's serious commitment to building out AI infrastructure. The stock trades at a forward P/E of 22, which seems reasonable given the long-term potential.
Then there's Salesforce. Their new Agentforce platform is genuinely impressive. It's basically AI agents that can automate workflows using your own business data. The momentum is there too - annual recurring revenue on Agentforce and Data 360 combined hit $1.4 billion, up 114% year over year. Management is projecting customers will increase spending by 200-300% after adopting it. They're targeting $60 billion in revenue by 2030 with a 40% operating margin. Forward P/E sits at 19, so it's trading at a reasonable valuation for that growth trajectory.
Last one worth watching is TSMC. They've basically become the essential supplier for anyone building serious AI chips. Their market share in advanced chip manufacturing hit 72% last quarter. Sales grew 35.9% in 2025 and gross margins expanded to 59.9%. Management is raising prices on advanced processes and planning capex between $52-56 billion this year, up significantly from last year. They're guiding for 25% compound annual revenue growth through 2029. With a forward P/E of 23, it's another solid value play in the best AI infrastructure category.
Obviously do your own research and consider your own situation, but these three keep showing up as the best AI opportunities for long-term investors right now. All three have reasonable valuations relative to their growth potential.
