Just caught Advantage Energy's Q4 numbers and there's an interesting split here. Profit dropped pretty noticeably - earnings fell from C$17.13 million last year to C$9.62 million this quarter. Per share dropped from C$0.10 to C$0.06, so that's a decent hit on the bottom line.

But here's the thing - their revenue actually grew 11.2% to C$181.80 million from C$163.48 million. So Advantage is bringing in more sales but the margins clearly got squeezed somewhere. Could be higher costs, could be market conditions, but that gap between revenue growth and profit decline is worth paying attention to.

Typical energy sector story lately - top line looks decent but profitability's getting pressured. Interesting to watch how this plays out for them.
