According to Beating Monitoring, TechCrunch reports that Salesforce believes it has found a response strategy—so it can stay competitive even if the future direction of AI remains unclear. This customer relationship management software giant is crowdsourcing its AI product roadmap in real time.
Of course, Salesforce is not the only company that works closely with customers to obtain product feedback.
