Recently, I’ve been earning testnet points so obsessively it’s almost like I’ve become addicted to solving problems, saying I’m just practicing my feel, but secretly I’m already expecting “I’ll definitely be able to redeem something.” Later, I realized that once expectations form, people tend to interact in a stacking manner: opening multiple accounts, going through the same process again and again, not even caring about Gas fees, and in the end, it’s most like being a witch.

My stop-loss now is very simple: set a cost limit for each project (including time + transaction fees), and stop when reached. I don’t make exceptions just because someone in the group says “this chain needs an upgrade / maintenance, the ecosystem might migrate,” and suddenly add drama.
To put it plainly, if I can get something, I take it; if I can’t, I treat it as practice. Eyes may be red, but my hands still need to stay steady.
