Lately, doing tasks on the platform feels a bit like clocking in at work: in the morning, checking the points rules; at noon, submitting interactions; and at night, having to flip through the scoring guidelines, afraid of being judged/accused as a witch. Honestly, everyone is just competing over “whether you look like a real person,” but real people end up being trapped by the process instead… I understand the project team’s worries about people farming rewards, but now it’s starting to feel like performance reviews, and my mindset is really exhausting.

What’s even more annoying is doing tasks while staring at the unlock calendar. In the group, every so often someone shouts, “Next week’s unlock will have selling pressure,” and by the time the scores haven’t even come out, the anxiety about unlocking is already unleashed. As for what I mean by “long-term,” it’s probably about a quarter: if you can get through a few rounds of rule changes, ride out a few emotional ups and downs during each unlock, and when you look back the strategy still holds up, then that’s long-term. That’s it for now—I don’t want to click the 8th faucet again today.
