Unrealized losses really can be quite tormenting. Clearly I haven't sold, but my mind keeps looping in the "already lost" channel; unrealized gains, on the other hand, I can pretend I didn't see, or even be afraid to look and then vomit... Basically, it's loss aversion, right? Losing a little feels like being robbed, while earning a little feels like finding something but not daring to put it in your pocket. Recently, I've seen everyone comparing RWA, US bond yields, and various on-chain "yields," and I also feel tempted, but just thinking about a mid-term pullback, that insomnia caused by unrealized losses feels more real than earning less. If I had split my positions smaller and slowed down the pace back then, maybe I wouldn't have so many emotional swings... Forget it, just treat it as a stone, endure it and see what happens.
