The outgoing leader, in order to meet operational targets, pushed inventory onto distributors.


When the new leader took over and saw this, they thought, "You've already pushed inventory to distributors, now the goods can't be shipped out, and revenue and profits are plummeting. What should I do?"
Then they refused to acknowledge it and reversed the previous inventory push.
