Textron Systems Awarded $9.5M Contract For Advanced EW Simulation To The USAF

Textron Systems Corporation has been awarded a $9.5 million contract to provide advanced electronic warfare (EW) simulators to the 68th Electronic Warfare Squadron at Eglin Air Force Base. These A2PATS simulators will be used by the USAF and allied nations to test the Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) sensor for F-15 upgrades and to train against modern EW threats in high-fidelity, secure environments. The contract has a 17-month performance period and includes support, testing, and spares for the deployed systems.
