CoinWorld News, Solana is establishing a research institute in Switzerland aimed at helping European financial institutions assess their blockchain technology. As regulatory transparency and on-chain usage grow, the institute will interpret the evolving crypto regulations for financial companies. The Solana Research Institute (SRI) was founded by former Euroclear executive Angus Scott and released a roughly 60-page report designed to help senior financial professionals evaluate the network. This initiative aims to assist institutions in navigating frameworks such as the European Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation and the U.S. GENUIS Act for stablecoin innovation. As regulatory transparency increases, the way institutions interact with digital assets is also changing.
