Just caught that EPAM announced a pretty big buyback - $300 million worth of their own stock through an ASR agreement with Morgan Stanley. Not your typical buyback announcement, the ASR system here is interesting because they're getting an immediate delivery of 1.70 million shares upfront ($240M worth) and then settling the rest by end of Q2. Basically how these accelerated share repurchase deals work.

Stock's trading around $142 today, up almost a dollar. Still have like $452.5M left on their $1B authorization, so they could keep going with more buybacks if they want. The ASR structure is pretty standard for large cap tech companies trying to return cash to shareholders without flooding the market all at once.

Think it's a decent signal they're confident in where the stock is headed, but also just normal capital allocation stuff at this point. Curious if they'll use up more of that remaining authorization or hold back.
