Just caught that Lottery Corp is doing a pretty major restructure - basically reshaping their whole operating model around three main divisions: Lotteries, Digital, and Keno. Each one's getting its own COO, which makes sense if they're trying to move faster on the digital side. New operating model seems focused on giving each business unit more autonomy to make decisions. They're also consolidating some of the support functions - so you've got Financial, Strategy, and People & Brand handling the backend. Interesting timing with a couple of leadership exits though - Andrew Shepherd and Nicholas Allton are heading out. The CEO Wayne Pickup's framing this as clarity and accountability to accelerate growth, which is the standard playbook for this kind of restructuring. Wonder if this actually speeds things up or just adds another layer of complexity. What's your take - does splitting it into three divisions help or just create silos?
