just saw that Gatorade dropped a new hydration option with way less sugar and honestly I'm here for it. 75% less sugar than their regular formula but still has all the electrolyte stuff that actually works better than plain water. been looking for something that doesn't taste like I'm drinking straight sugar, so this could actually be solid for workouts without the crash

they're calling it Gatorade Lower Sugar and it hits shelves this month in four flavors - Fruit Punch, Lemonade, Glacier Cherry, and Rain Berry making a comeback. no artificial sweeteners or weird colors either, which is a plus. prices are reasonable too, like $1.89 to $3.39 depending on bottle size

think they're targeting people who want less sugar but don't want to sacrifice performance. 150 million americans dealing with mild dehydration weekly apparently, so there's definitely a market for this. curious if it actually tastes decent or if less sugar means it tastes like nothing. anyone tried it yet?
