据 The Block 报道，Gemini 旗下 Olympus 部门正式获得美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）颁发的衍生品清算组织（DCO）牌照，可作为内部清算机构处理结算、风险管理及抵押品管理，无需依赖第三方清算，有望降低运营成本。
结合此前已获得的指定合约市场（DCM）牌照，Gemini 已具备在期货、期权、永续合约及预测市场领域开展全栈合规业务的能力。目前，Gemini 正进一步申请期货佣金商（FCM）牌照以完成全套 CFTC 资质布局，与 Kraken、Coinbase 展开正面竞争。
