Stop-loss is really like a breakup, dragging it out without clarifying, the longer it drags, the more it hurts, and you have to watch the market every day to add drama for yourself. Admitting loss early is actually more peace of mind, paying less "interest" (emotional and time costs), and your hands won't be so itchy. Recently, there have been a bunch of memes and celebrities calling for trades, shifting attention so quickly that newcomers easily get excited and end up taking the last baton... I now basically set a bottom line, and when it hits, I leave, even if it means feeling uncomfortable all night, rather than torturing myself for a week. For safety, first figure out your position and transfer routes clearly; anyway, I don't want to send myself into a pit again out of stubbornness.
