How does a person become enlightened?

Enlightenment is about practice makes perfect; there are no special shortcuts.
Like Chef Ding dissecting an ox, it’s built on a foundation of extensive practice.
Even if someone can’t swim, if they spend every day in the water, over time they will basically learn.
If you think you’re stupid, read more books, use information streams to refresh your mind.
The more you know, the more your cognition naturally improves.
For those who don’t have as much information or knowledge as you, it’s natural to outperform them.
That’s also why the saying goes, “A soldier’s respect must be renewed after three days,” meaning you should see others with fresh eyes.
Cognitive improvement is essentially a race between the tortoise and the hare; don’t fear being slow, you can eventually catch up if you take your time.
Cognition isn’t about playing clever tricks; clever tricks don’t last long.
Yang Xiu liked to play small clever tricks, but in the end, he played himself to death.
That kind of cleverness isn’t true intelligence; it’s stupidity.
No matter how smart you are, if your cognition is low, it’s still low.
Similarly, if you think your emotional intelligence is low, go make more friends, eat, drink, and have fun every day, socialize more—your emotional intelligence will naturally improve.
In short, whatever you lack, go train in that area.
No one’s abilities are innate; they can all be developed through practice.
Habit is power.
But please understand one fact: in the short term, do not try to compare yourself to a genius in your industry.
Because the effort of an ordinary person will definitely be crushed by a genius, with almost no chance to turn the tables!
