U claims that its special operations center's drones carried out a long-range attack on the Pervomaysk Oil Refinery inside Russia.
On April 30th local time, the Ukrainian National Security Service reported that its special operations center’s drone remotely attacked a Russian refinery in Perm, Russia. The site is over 1,500 kilometers from the Ukrainian border and marks the second consecutive day Ukraine has targeted Russian energy facilities around Perm. According to reports, the refinery is a large Russian oil processing facility with an annual capacity of 13 million tons, supplying both civilian and Russian military fuel. (CCTV News)
