These days, the "new narrative" is once again flooding the screens, and it feels like my attention is being changed channels like someone with a remote control. To put it plainly, being repeatedly cut off isn't usually due to poor technology, but because you keep rushing in during the loudest moments of the hype.

My current quick fix: first, check the mempool to see congestion and transaction habits, if slippage suddenly widens or the same addresses are bouncing back and forth, it's basically emotional pressure building up. Some people also complain that miners/validators' income is rising again, and that MEV (front-running and priority inclusion) is making the ordering unfair. I understand that, even if it's "public" on the chain, buying at the hottest time is like waiting in line and getting cut in.

Anyway, I set a rule for myself: during hot topic rotations, cool down for a night first, then see if I still want to confirm the next day. If I can't remember, just forget it. Missing out isn't shameful; being repeatedly educated and changing your mind is what’s embarrassing.
