Rich people won't travel during the May Day holiday.

Poor workers scrimp and save,
then go out during the May Day holiday to blow through their savings from the first half of the year.
During the National Day holiday, they go out again to spend the second half of the year's savings.
Come New Year, they go back home and blow through their year-end bonuses.
They can never save up the original capital.
Go out to check in at the same old tourist spots,
stay in budget hotels costing 200 a night,
buy 30-yuan skewers of duck meat disguised as beef.
Originally, this money could be spent on more fun during normal times.
Taking a 3-day leave once a year isn't hard,
plus weekends, that’s 5 days.
But for oxen and horses,
they can't help but follow the crowd.
And then capital and merchants count on you,
raising prices by 30%-90%.
The poorer you are, the easier it is to fall into these consumption traps.
