据韩联社报道，韩国首尔行政法院 4 月 30 日批准韩国第二大加密交易所 Bithumb 提出的执行暂停申请，金融信息分析院（FIU）此前对 Bithumb 作出的“部分业务停业 6 个月”处罚，将在本案判决前暂停执行。FIU 此前认定 Bithumb 涉嫌违反《特定金融信息法》下禁止与未申报虚拟资产业者交易、客户尽调及交易限制等义务共 665 万项，于 3 月对其处以部分业务停业 6 个月及 368 亿韩元罚款。所谓部分业务停业，主要指暂停新用户外部虚拟资产转入转出业务，该处罚为韩国韩元市场交易所迄今面临的最高级别制裁。
