币界网消息，据韩联社报道，韩国首尔行政法院于4月30日批准了韩国第二大加密交易所Bithumb提出的执行暂停申请。金融信息分析院（FIU）此前对Bithumb作出的“部分业务停业6个月”处罚，将在本案判决前暂停执行。FIU认定Bithumb涉嫌违反《特定金融信息法》下禁止与未申报虚拟资产业者交易、客户尽调及交易限制等义务共665万项，并于3月对其处以部分业务停业6个月及368亿韩元罚款。部分业务停业主要指暂停新用户外部虚拟资产转入转出业务，该处罚为韩国韩元市场交易所迄今面临的最高级别制裁。
