Coin World News reports that Pi Network announced this week that it has completed more than 526 million verification tasks through a distributed workforce involving over 1 million identity-verified participants, becoming one of the largest verified human labor networks globally. The project’s work is part of its local KYC system; verifiers earn rewards in Pi tokens directly by completing verification tasks. The network has verified more than 18 million people, covering more than 200 countries and regions, and combines AI automation with human judgment to provide a solution that most identity verification systems cannot replicate at scale. Pi Network is also developing Pi Launchpad, which is currently in testing, allowing companies to pay contributors with their tokens rather than cash—turning compensation into a tool for user acquisition.

Now the verification count can have more than 10 million—there are so many of them. People don’t play anymore, don’t verify anymore, they just toss it and abandon it, no longer want it.
