Alibaba releases "Digital Employee" QoderWake: Already deployed internally, root cause analysis reduced from 30 minutes to 2 minutes
CryptoWorld News: Alibaba has launched an enterprise-level AI agent product called QoderWake, positioned as a “digital employee,” capable of handling roles such as programmers, operations, analysts, and more within real workflows. Currently, QoderWake is operational internally at Alibaba, reducing root cause analysis time from 30 minutes to 2 minutes, achieving fully unattended processes. The Qoder mobile app has also been launched simultaneously, allowing users to remotely operate the desktop version of Qoder on their phones to complete tasks. QoderWake adopts a harness-first architecture, with an embedded anti-corrosion mechanism that continuously eliminates outdated experiences, merges conflicts, and retracts invalid strategies. In the future, more roles such as digital analysts and digital customer managers will be introduced. Unlike common IM-connected agents, the Qoder mobile app supports displaying thought chains and workflows, and proactively prompts pop-up confirmations for key steps.
