Recently, the narrative of parallel processing and sharding has become popular again, and everyone is talking about it enthusiastically, but my first reaction in my mind is: where to put the assets? Can I get out? When faced with extreme market conditions, cross-chain / bridges / various routing queues get stuck, and you watch your positions passively shrink. That sense of helplessness is much more real than "chains are faster."
NFTs are also arguing about royalties again, creators want income, markets want liquidity, and honestly, both are right, but for ordinary people, it's just one sentence: change the rules, and the exit path changes. Anyway, I only try new things with small positions now, first figure out permissions, authorizations, withdrawal paths, and don’t end up with “narrative won, but wallet lost.”
