Second issue of the new series, talking about "Life's Basic Foundation."
I used to think I had to juggle too many things, but later I realized it's really unnecessary.
There are actually only four things in life:
✅Cash Flow: The confidence to have a safety net.
It allows you to have choices, rather than being pushed by reality.
✅Muscle Mass: The foundation of your body.
The more strength you have, the less likely your mindset is to collapse.
✅Sleep: The charger for emotions and the brain.
Poor sleep makes everything seem like a trap.
✅Mood: The quality of life.
Stabilize it, and you won't be thrown off by trivial matters.
90% of anxiety comes from wasting energy on ineffective variables.
Focusing solely on these four pillars, everything else is noise.
