Lately, I've been a bit obsessed with earning testnet points. I originally thought of it as practice, but then I started silently calculating "how much can I exchange with this wave"... Once it becomes an expectation, people tend to unconsciously increase their time and attention, which is quite similar to the addictive path of leverage trading.

I set a stop-loss for myself: a maximum of two hours per day, stop if I get stuck; when it comes to cross-chain bridges, I just put that step aside for now. Recently, I've seen too many bridge hacks, and my mind automatically sounds alarms. Also, when there's an abnormal price quote from the oracle and everyone is waiting for "confirmation," I also forcibly wait, preferring to lose a few points rather than rushing to the next step. Anyway, if the points don't come in, I just consider it tuition—don't turn practice into gambling... I'll see how it goes.
