The first batch of "Trump tariffs" refunds will be issued around May 11.

Golden Finance reports that on April 30th, according to a document from the United States International Trade Court, the first refunds of tariffs previously imposed by the Trump administration under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act will be issued around May 11th.
The U.S. Supreme Court announced its ruling on February 20th, ruling that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act does not authorize the President to impose large-scale tariffs.
On March 4th, judges of the U.S. International Trade Court ruled that Customs and Border Protection should not impose tariffs based on the International Emergency Economic Powers Act during tariff settlement.
This means that tariffs previously imposed under this law need to be refunded. (Dongxin News)
