According to Bloomberg, the decentralized trading platform Hyperliquid is proposing to add a prediction market feature to its platform, aiming to allow traders to bet on real-world event outcomes on-chain through a plan called HIP-4. Currently, this plan has entered public testing. Bloomberg states that as the popularity of prediction markets rises and competitors accelerate their entry, Hyperliquid's move will pose a direct challenge to Kalshi and Polymarket.
