Last night, I went for a night run and checked the on-chain data again, saw a big bullish candle, and almost reached for the buy button... Then I paused and asked myself: Am I really seeing new information, or am I being driven by that "if I don't buy now, I'll miss out" emotion? Honestly, most of the time it's the latter.

I have a pretty old-fashioned habit of calming myself down: first, lock my phone, and finish this kilometer of running. After I finish, I check again—my mind isn't as heated, and I don't feel like recklessly increasing my position. By the way, I want to complain that now those on-chain data tools and tagging systems are also said to be lagging or even misleading; anyway, I don't dare treat them as "truth," at most as a weather forecast... Let's leave it at that for now, no more blocking.
