I've been doing referral commissions for several years. To be honest, I didn't initially plan to do much, just helping friends out.
But after doing it for a while, I noticed a phenomenon: many people come to me saying, "Bro, I used to work under someone else, and I never had my contracts reversed, some even refunded me a few months ago, but then they stopped replying."
I can understand; people come and go in this industry, some stop doing it after a while. But if you're taking others' transaction fees and not giving them refunds, that's unacceptable.
Contract trading fees are really not small money; if you trade a bit more each month, the fees might be more than what you earn. Returning 20% can save you real money over the long term.
I have only one rule: 20% automatic refund. After so many years, I haven't missed refunding a single person.
For large traders or those running nodes themselves, offering 40% directly—doesn't that sound good?
