Arizona State Retirement System Reduces Position in S&P Global Inc. $SPGI

The Arizona State Retirement System has reduced its stake in S&P Global Inc. by 3.3%, selling 2,990 shares but still maintaining a significant holding of 88,703 shares valued at $46.36 million. Despite this reduction, Wall Street analysts maintain a “Buy” rating for S&P Global with a consensus target price of $558.47. The company recently reported quarterly EPS of $4.30, slightly below expectations, but saw revenue increase by 9% to $3.92 billion and provided FY2026 EPS guidance between $19.40 and $19.65.
