Lately, I've been a bit obsessed with DAO proposals. To be honest, many of them aren't really about "whether to do the work," but about rearranging who can get incentives and who controls the switches. On the surface, it sounds gentle: giving to contributors, supporting the ecosystem, providing liquidity... but a closer look at voting rights, unlock schedules, and delegate lists reveals where the power structure really lies.

Just like these days when funding rates are extreme, and people in the group are arguing whether to reverse or continue squeezing the bubble, I'm actually more concerned about: who is most comfortable within this mechanism, and who will be forced to take the fall.
If I could only keep one habit: I only look at proposals from the perspective of "where the money comes from, where it goes, and who can change the rules with a single click."
