Night shift watching perpetuals, the biggest fear isn't the market trend, but itchy hands. Seeing a big bullish candle, I want to chase, then pause for two seconds and ask myself: What information did I really get, or am I just being driven by emotion to add more? Honestly, if there is real information, you'll gradually add and set stop-losses; pure emotion just wants to "get in first and see." Recently, hardware wallets are out of stock again, phishing links are everywhere, and many people in the group are taken by fake website pop-ups. The more this happens, the easier it is for your mind to heat up. Anyway, if I want to chase the rally now, I’ll first close the trading page, revoke my usual authorizations, and at the same time, write this impulsive act into my record.
