Recently, the delivery platform Fengniao Crowdsourcing has adjusted how safety points are calculated, and countless riders are crying out in despair.

Running red lights deduct points,
Riding the wrong way deducts points,
Getting distracted while riding deducts points,
Speeding deducts points
….
Once the points are deducted, they’ll be restricted from accepting orders.
Under this new safety-points regulation, some riders who ride more frequently can have their safety points docked by as much as 1 or 2 percentage points 😂
As everyone knows, delivery platforms now compress the time very tightly—so riders run red lights, speed, and do what it takes to get the food to customers within the specified time.
So the core problem is that the time allotted for delivery by the platform is far too short.
However, the platform now refuses to extend delivery time, yet also punishes riders for not following traffic rules, shifting all risks and responsibilities onto the riders—what they’re doing is really hard to look at 😂
For ordinary people, life is being squeezed by the platform; they struggle endlessly. Where is the way forward?
