On-chain this kind of "queue jumping" essentially means: if you pay a bit more Gas (or get pushed into a more expensive tier), you can get your transaction confirmed first. Who is most affected? Not those bots playing tricks, but regular people placing orders, doing swaps, or claiming airdrops. Once slippage is enabled, the result is still being cut in line, and they have to bear the cost themselves — it's truly absurd.

Recently, L2s are arguing about TPS, fees, and subsidies. I find it all amusing: no matter how cheap it is, it can't withstand the single-party decision of the ordering rules. Even on cheap chains, transactions can still be "arranged." Now I do my work by calculating first, batching when possible, setting limit prices when I can, preferring to be slower rather than getting screwed… Forget it, anyone who’s been educated by mainnet Gas fees understands this all too well.
