Recently, reading DAO proposals has been giving me eye strain. On the surface, they all say "encourage community participation," but upon closer inspection, they are actually changing the power structure: who can submit proposals, who can get subsidies faster, how voting rights are calculated. In the end, it just becomes "who has the final say" to be more stable. To put it simply, incentives are not candy; they are the steering wheel.
And now, the Layer2 projects are arguing over TPS, fees, and ecosystem subsidies. It looks lively, but in reality, many projects just embed subsidies into governance, so that as you vote, you are being "guided" down a certain path... I'm not saying this is wrong, but at least read the terms carefully. By the way, a reminder: don’t click on external links randomly before voting. I really scream when I see mysterious signature pop-ups.
