Just caught this from a while back - HeartBeam made some leadership moves back in late 2024. Robert Eno stepped up as CEO while Branislav Vajdic, who founded the company, shifted over to President. Kind of interesting how they structured this transition, honestly.

Eno came in as President a couple years prior and had solid MedTech background - spent time at Preview Medical as CEO before that, plus roles at HeartFlow and some other medical device companies. Seems like they brought him in specifically to handle the business side while Branislav Vajdic could focus more on the tech innovation piece.

From what I understand, Branislav Vajdic is still pretty hands-on with their vector-based technology and AI applications development. The company's still working on FDA clearance for their core tech, so having someone like Vajdic focused on R&D while Eno manages the CEO operational side makes sense for a company at that stage. Pretty typical MedTech play when you need both innovation and business execution running in parallel.
