The Federal Reserve FOMC statement announced that the decision was approved by an 8-4 vote, with Milan voting against it in favor of a 0.25 percentage point rate cut; Hamrick, Kashkari, and Logan voted against including language in the statement that signals a bias toward easing monetary policy.
