Recently, I've seen people talk about on-chain privacy again. To be honest, my expectations are quite low: on-chain is like a glass house, and privacy is more about "raising the tracking costs" rather than an invisibility cloak. The moment you use mixing or privacy tools, you're actually more likely to be targeted. The boundaries of compliance are often not determined by technology but by the attitude of your region.

Recently, some areas have fluctuated between tightening and loosening taxes and withdrawal/deposit restrictions, which creates a big psychological gap. I used to think, "It's just a small amount," but now even a single 18 USDT transaction makes me hesitate: will this path cause trouble for me in the future? My approach is simpler: try to follow a clean path, leave fewer links on-chain, and don't expect complete anonymity... I’d rather go slower and wait ten minutes for confirmation. After all, living longer is better than anything.
