Prologis (NYSE:PLD) Cut to Sell at Wall Street Zen

Wall Street Zen downgraded Prologis (NYSE:PLD) from a “hold” to a “sell” rating on Sunday, despite the real estate investment trust beating Q1 expectations with $1.05 EPS and $2.30 billion revenue, and setting FY2026 guidance. This downgrade contrasts with other analysts who have recently raised price targets for Prologis, resulting in an overall “Moderate Buy” consensus rating and an average target price of $147.29.
