Just dug into some interesting data on $O and the institutional positioning is pretty telling. Over the last quarter, we saw massive inflows from the big players - Bank of America added over 5 million shares (up 40%+), JPMorgan Chase jumped in with 4 million more shares, and even Vanguard increased their stake. That's the kind of accumulation that usually means something.

On the analyst side, there's solid consensus building. Most recent calls are bullish - UBS, Stifel, and RBC Capital all have buy or outperform ratings on this one. Wolfe Research came in with a peer perform rating, which is more neutral, but the median price target across 8 analysts is sitting at $60.50. Individual targets range from $58 to $68, so there's definitely room for upside if things break right.

Interestingly, Congress has been selling - two representatives offloaded shares in the past 6 months. Not sure what that signals, but it's worth noting alongside the institutional buying pressure.

The mix of heavy institutional accumulation plus broadly positive analyst sentiment suggests the market sees something here. Whether it holds depends on execution, but the positioning looks constructive for now.
