Do you ever have that feeling where your fingers are about to place an order, but your brain suddenly stalls: Am I seeing the information, or am I being pulled along by emotions... I almost experienced that today.

Honestly, that split second of chasing a rally feels very much like "I'm afraid of missing out," but when I actually go check on on-chain data tools, wallet labels, and so on, I feel guilty: haven't these labels been criticized lately for being laggy, or even misleading? Seeing a bunch of green and red dots, it could also be someone deliberately staging it for you to see.

So I’ve now given myself a very simple brake: can I explain in one sentence why I’m adding to my position (not "everyone is buying"), and if I can't explain it clearly, I’ll reduce my impulsive buy a bit and go drink some water... Between safety and experience, I’ll choose "don’t get caught up."
